The National Construction Training Center is an independent,
not-for-profit training center. It is the result of a strategic
partnership between private and government sectors and is
managed by an independent board of trustees. NCTC has
been established to meet the needs of the Construction sector
and to support the Saudization of construction workforce jobs
and Saudization at large in Saudi Arabia.
