National Companies and Tier-1 OEMs/EPC contractors are encouraged to buy locally manufactured goods and services in order to meet the iktva targets which will benefit the potential investors.
Submitted investor forms are evaluated, screened, and assessed against Saudi Aramco
iktva requirements to determine if they meet the necessary criteria. A meeting is then
scheduled with the investor to provide support on the localization plans.
Business Plan Development
The business plan development stage is to guide and support the investor’s business plan
with technical expertise, demand information, industrial land, funding referrals, etc.
Depending on the nature of information requested, an NDA/MoU is arranged.
Due Diligence
Support investors in commercial licenses and technical qualifications, such as
investment license, industrial license, commercial registration, acquirement of funds,
acquisition of land, and completion of construction activities. Once construction is
complete, link the investor with the registration and qualification entity to start the
facility approval process with Saudi Aramco.
